How To Enable Push Notifications

You will want to enable push notifications on your Kingdom Seekers App so you get daily reminders about our LIVE calls and any other community wide announcements we may be making.


Here's how you can make sure you are getting all the important updates.


Step 1: Open Your Kingdom Seekers App


Step 2: Tap On Your Profile Icon

You will find your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of your app screen.


Step 3: Tap the "Settings Tab"

The screen will likely default to the "Notifications" tab, so be sure to click the SETTINGS tab in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.


Step 4: Scroll To The Bottom To Check For App Updates

If you have an older version of the app some of our features may not work properly. So before we check your push notification settings, be sure to install the most current version of your Kingdom Seekers App.


Here's how you check that....


The version here and the version in the app should match.
The version here and in your App Settings should match.

Click the "Check App Store" Button, and you will be redirected to the App store to check for updates.


If the button inside of the App Store says "Open" ... then your app is up to date, and you can return to your app and continue on to the next step.


If the button inside of the App Store says "Update" ... then you'll need to click the UPDATE button to install the newest version of the App on your device.


Note: You can also double verify by comparing the App version listed at the bottom of your Settings screen to the App version listed inside of the App Store.


Step 5: Return To Your App Settings Screen & Locate the "Push Notifications" Toggle Button.

Toggle it to the "ON" position. If it is already on, then toggle it off and on again.


Note, your push notifications button should look like the one in the image below when it is in the "on" position.


Still Not Working?

We only send out Push Notifications Monday-Friday and they usually go out around 7 am PT each morning to let you know we are "live" for Kingdom Seekers.

So please wait at least one full business day to see if these steps worked.

If you still do not receive push notifications, then please reach out to our Customer Success team by clicking the "Chat" bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
