I'm Having App Issues: What Can I Do?

We're sorry for any trouble with attempting to view your Kingdom Seekers or 100X App content on the web or the mobile app.


Here are some basic troubleshooting steps to take when observing App Issues:

  1. Update the app to the latest version
  2. Log out and log back in
  3. The device powered off and then back on
  4. Closed and re-opened app
  5. Use Data instead of WiFi
  6. Used WiFi instead of Data
  7. If the mobile app has the error, try to replicate it on the web version, www.kingdomseekers.app or www.100xapp.com, and vice versa
